MY VERDICT: The always beautiful Shantel VanSanten hit the red carpet for the “Fast & Furuious 6″ premiere in Hollywood wearing a cool head-to-toe black outfit with some sexy edge. The 27-year-old former “One Tree Hill” actress wore a custom Nikki Rich cocktail dress featuring a laser cut leather sleeveless bodice with silk lining to enhance a shimmering effect and leather inlay pattern. The lower half of the dress was all smooth stretch leather to give it a unique balance.
It was clearly a perfect fit for Shantel’s athletic figure, and I liked her mixture of rough and feminine accessories–including a snakeskin minaudière, gunmetal and diamond jewelry (love that armor ring!), and a pair of classic patent Christian Louboutin “Pigalle” pointed toe pumps. These shoes are practically a staple in the wardrobe of every actress—they come in handy!
A voluminous mane of waves, soft makeup, and a mega-watt smile completed her look. It’s always good to see Shantel on the red carpet. Look out for her new show “Gang Related”, which is set to air on FOX this fall!
